Hi, I’m Scott Christiansen. With nearly 30 years of experience and a background in mechanical engineering, I approach the law with a focus on practical, strategic problem-solving.
My path into estate planning, probate, and Medicaid planning was personal—it started with the same anxiety many of my clients feel after the birth of my first daughter. I realized then that while high-net-worth individuals always had a plan, many families were being pushed into overly complex, expensive options they didn’t fully understand.
I founded Texas Legacy Planning to change that. My goal is to help you check legal planning off your to-do list practically, leaving you knowing your family is protected.
